The original concept sketch of Klaus.
He was originally named "Klaus Arcturus" (like the star) instead of the mononym "Klaus". He also had a much softer "default" expression (though his personality was about the same).
Where the original concept for Eline was that she "looks scary but is actually nice" (crazy how much that's changed LOL), Klaus was an inversion of that, being a guy that looks cute but is actually a total prick. Unlike Eline, Klaus hasn't changed much from his original concept.
He also originally had gold earrings, and there would have been a lot more emphasis put on his materialistic nature.
