Two clown brothers that I made for one of my save files. I don't remember if there was a specific reason I made them, but I think they ended up just being townies that were there but didn't really have any kind of plotline going on.
They sorta have a Melpomene and Thalia thing going on, with Bingo being the fun, excitable one and Neezer being pissed off all the time.
